SIA Rīgas Rēvija has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent it from being unjustifiably accessed by third parties.
SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule" during your visit to and use of the store, SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule" may receive information containing personal data:
1.1 by obtaining personal data directly (name and surname, phone number and e-mail address);
1.2 indirectly, by obtaining information (for example: using cookies and other technical means to monitor the use of Rīgas Rēvija).
Personal data of buyers SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule" processes in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data. When processing and storing Buyers' personal data, SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule" uses organizational and technical means that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, alteration, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
By purchasing goods and services offered in the SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule" online store, the Buyer agrees and allows SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule" register, enter, store, systematize, use and process in any other way.
The Buyer's personal data, as well as the data that the Buyer will provide to the Seller in the future, to the extent necessary and for the following purposes:
4.1 data processing, results from SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balloon World" Buyers' orders, contractual obligations, or data processing is necessary to conclude a relevant agreement (transaction);
4.2 data is necessary for identifying and accounting for Buyers;
4.3 data is necessary for sending commercial notifications (email and/or SMS);
4.4 data is necessary to ensure the fulfillment of other obligations arising from contractual obligations, or from the respective concluded agreements (transactions).
4.5 data is necessary to consider the Buyer's application for the purchase of goods on installments.
SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balloon World" ensures the protection and security of Buyers' personal data, their non-disclosure to third parties, to the extent required by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data, except for the Seller's partners who ensure the delivery of goods purchased in the online store, financing of goods and provision of services, to the extent that personal data is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations.
The Buyer has the right to request that his personal data be supplemented or corrected, as well as to terminate its processing or destroy it if personal data is incomplete, outdated, false, or no longer necessary for the purposes of collection. In this regard, the Buyer may change or delete the entered data in his/her user account or inform SIA Rīgas Rēvija - "Balonu Pasaule";
The Buyer, upon submitting a reasoned request in writing, has the right to receive the following information:
6.1 what information about the Buyer has been obtained, the source of data acquisition, when the information included in the data was changed (if permitted by regulatory enactments);
6.2 for what purpose the personal data was processed, information about the recipients of personal data;
6.3 information on whether the data was processed automatically.
The Buyer's personal data will be stored for no longer than required by regulatory enactments. The Buyer may request the deletion of their data at any time.
